Recovery Club
Community Guidelines

Welcome to Recovery Club! This is a safe, supportive space for women walking the path of sobriety—no matter what program, practice, or personal path you follow. To keep our community strong, respectful, and healing-centered, we ask that all members honor the following guidelines:

1. Inclusivity First

We welcome women from every background and recovery pathway. Whether you connect through AA, therapy, holistic methods, or your own journey—your seat at the table is valid and valued.

2. Respect & Non-Judgment

We honor each other’s choices, beliefs, and personal timelines. Shaming, judgment, or unsolicited “fixing” has no place here.

3. Confidentiality Matters

What’s shared in the community stays in the community. Protecting privacy builds trust and allows everyone to feel safe opening up.

4. Speak from Experience

Share your story, not someone else’s. Use “I” statements and stay grounded in your personal journey rather than giving direct medical or therapeutic advice.

5. Kindness in Communication

Disagreeing is natural, but disrespect is not. We ask all members to listen with compassion and respond with care.

6. No Promotion or Solicitation

This community is free from spam, selling, or pushing outside services. If you’d like to collaborate, please contact Recovery Club directly.

7. Celebrate Growth—Big and Small

Recovery isn’t only about milestones—it’s about the little wins, the daily choices, and the moments of honesty. Let’s uplift one another in every step of the journey.

8. Reach Out for Help

If you or someone you know is in crisis, seek professional support immediately. Recovery Club is a community of encouragement—not a substitute for medical or emergency care.

Our Promise: This is a space of safety, authenticity, and empowerment. Together, we are building a modern sisterhood of resilience and recovery.
